Associate Degree
Norman Public Schools students can earn their associate degrees at a reduced cost by the time they finish high school. This program, facilitated through Tulsa Community College's Dual Credit program, will start in the 2024-25 school year.
TCC’s well-established associate degree program is virtual and utilizes mostly open-source curriculum, meaning there will be little to no cost for books. A facilitator will assist students in the program, providing staff support throughout the process. The total cost of the program will be approximately $5,500. NPS is working on partnerships to provide scholarship opportunities to students.
Students also have the option to participate in the High School Plus One program, which allows them to gain either 30 or 31 hours toward completion of the Oklahoma General Education requirements for all associate and bachelor's degrees.
